woke up naturally, i took a nap in the afternoon. woke up by a phone ring, half way
gee, there was a little bit of... slow response from the body
i think this is like a hangover, would take a few days to recover i guess
had the simple breakfast of cereal and almond soya
god hungry by lunch time,
i cooked one whole cup of rice, which i manage to eat with vegetables bought form downstairs, ladies fingers. RM1.80 for a full meal. not bad.
wen to the gym and swim in the morning.
slow morning.
hmm what did i achineve today.
walked around the mall.
homeware shops. wanted to buy a food contained, then i remmebred that i have some at home.
and i.. can always use one of those containers in the house, doesn't need to be a fancy one.
how do i center my life around God?

yeah sometimes we really dont know what the destination would be.
and we think tyhat we just want to reach the end, but not going through the journey.
its follwing Jesus that transforms us.
am i being transformed? gee.. i dont feel like it.
i think the world is transforming me more often than not
if only i could just take one hour a day to write my thesis.
man the discipline is bloooody hard.
not everything we do would be spectacular,
\somethings.. most things would be ordinary.
but its in doing all the ordinary things constantly,
that leads up to something spectacular
many. i should really really try to quite facebook and social media.
today was good,
i had a moment of.. epiphany.
could feel the frontal cortex of my brain being in a .. relaxed state.
it was a nice feeling.
caught Final Space episode 3. man.. sooo sooo dark
i laughed. but yeah.. it is dark!
also watched Sadie from Passion 2020
wah she's so young, 1997 but married,.
the way she talks is so.. raw
about haveing a relationshyip with Jesus
i learnt one new thing today!
when Jesus came back after his ressurection and peter came to him on the beach..
it was to.. fish cooked over fire
over fire, that's where peter deined Jesus
wow.
there would be things that remind us of our past.
but the maazing thing about Jesus is that...
he can literally turn anything around for His good.
if we just let Him..

i know its not a bout feeling You and all,
but is sooo hard..
to live life these days.
