houses shouldn't be an option for investment. the moment someone has their second home it's rates should 99% to mitigate for those that are content with one house or trying to even own their first home.

in the short runs of downturns (recessions) or upturns (booms), markets cant automatically self-correct to full employment fast enough, requiring government intervention through fiscal (spending, taxes) and monetary policies to stabilize the economy and manage business cycles

now here's my take on it:

some commodities like food and stuff to buy are okay to be regulated by the market, because they are small and insignificant enough to not make a huge impact into one's life quality.

however there are some items that should be closely watched:

it's kind of a good idea, because the idea of it is to tax those that can afford to be taxed that much.

but its horrible in implementation. it dis incentives people to earn more than a certain threshold

and truth be told, it doesn't work. the mega rich all do tax evasion. the run their money through businesses and claim a loss and get tax refunds.

so it's always the middle class that suffers, the hardworking honest people that do a decent living working 9-5 that pays the taxes to keep the govt, country running and rich people sitting on their deck chairs.

and on the other spectrum is the people just plain lazy to find jobs and game the WINZ or benefit and welfare system. A system that has good intentions, to help those that really need help, instead get's abused by people that know how to abuse the system, free money. ACC claims while still working for cash. staying in govt housing although they drive BMW and Mercs....

2. and rates. hosuing rates are super high. it's not nice to own a home now. even people that have no mortage are sturrlign with the rising house rates by councils . while council workers getting 29% payt increaes,, 

i propose... that to get money, its not through taxing people on house rates equally.. but on how many homes one owns.

this will solve the housing crisis.

everyone is only entitled to one house,

they moment you try to buy another one as an investment property....

the rates on that would be like 80-% or something.

you're rich enough to have more than one house... you can afford to keep the council and country running.

houses shouldn't be something people can invest in to make them richer,

because that just pushes the price up too much for people that need to actually buy one.

got the idea from EVE when people would just buy up factories and let them sit empty until the right buyer comes along. it defeats the purpose, it doesn't contribute to society or add any value...

so they solved it buy having a monthly subscription on it, people cant just buy things and let it rot. it had to be active...

 Why reading before bed is better than using the phone

The reason why is because of something called historical continuity of the present memories ability to recall past events and an anticipation for future outcomes, either through prediction or foresight.

So say for example, I read a book. Any book. I used to read the Bible, a chapter a day. I could recall what i read the night before, and because I’ve read the passage or heard a sermon being preached about it before sometime in the past, I can sort of have a premonition of what the next words will be in the lines ahead. This gives the mind a sense of consolidition. It doesn’t just have to be religious text, it can be any book. Currently I’m reading a comic, W0rldtr33. A chapter a night, somthing I look forward to to wind down the brain and the day. And when I finally feel sleepy, the brain is in the right state of mind for a night’s rest. The wavelength is just right…

However, if I use the phone. Normally the things that I watch are unrelated to anything else. For example, I scroll through FB news feeds, shorts and YT recommended videos. They normally have no continuity to any story line. Everything is just a short burst of entertainment that’s vying for my attention. (That’s how it they game it to work), Dopamine releases, etc. I’m addicted to it. I don’t want it to end.. and when I’m finally too tired, I crash into sleep… barely able to keep my eyes open anymore… It’s not a sleep that comes from the right cue. It’s forceful… and … i probably don’t remember anything I watched that night.

the organelle (almost forgot what it was called in biology) Golgi apparatus is responsible for creating mucus. if we use up all the resources by shooting too frequently, the body has a deficit of mineals and nutrients and mitochondria energy to supply to other parts of the body.

signs include not having mucus in the nasal and throat areas (although i think this is also caused by damaged mucus linings from trying to hold kerosene in the mouth for fire breathing), 

so after being able to have a break for a few weeks... almost a month.. the longest it's ever been actually! there is a build up of resources once again... 

and i've got the flue, nose keeps running. but its been running so much better than it was previously.

I mean.. What if the sun light brings in more mass (does light carry more than just energy wave lengths? Is a photon something that can contribute to atoms? And smaller atoms just keep combining to form bigger ones? Eventually all the elements on the periodic table are fabricated

Whobsaysbthat capturing the currents and velocity of the skies bring about no ill effect to the earth as a whole? Maybe becasue we slow down the movement of undercurrents, the global metrological patterns go out of whack and droughts and monsoons and typhoons happen in a seemongly erractic way.. What does it mean for our old bodies to be swallowed up by life?

Scientifically, When our body dies, we bury/burn it and it returns back to its constituent molecules of carbon, hydrogen, oxygen and all other trace elements. Just like any other vegetable or animal when they die and get decomposed.

But what is it that is different for a Christian's body for our point of view when we die? Jesus didn't die on the cross and have His body buried in the tomb and left to rot... While His spirit floated away and got another new heavenly shining angelic body...

No, by the power of the Holy Spirit, Jesus was raised back to life in the same body that was in thag tomb, wounds in the hand and feet and side and all. But this resurrected body was different from the old. This new body could seemingly teleport and phase through walls (John 20:26-27).

Jesus had achived a higher state of being. A 'new' body. And he offers us this 'new' life too. Do we need to die (physically) before we inherit an eternal body? Or hasn't always the gospel preached the eternal life is this: to know You, the one true God-and Jesus Christ the one He sent to earth (john 17:3).

That was Jesus prayer. That we would come into communion with the God if the universe. To be unseperated from Him. This physical body has the mind, body and spirit; id, ego, superego; insitncts, reality, morality; logical rational, primal intuition,...

Jesus was sent from another place beyond this earth. Sent by another from beyond our realm. We call that place heaven. Jesus was sent here to guide us. To save us. To show us the way, the truth and the light. Onto salvation. Onto the path of being one with esch other just as Jesus was one with God (john17:21-26).

Now hand me that sacrament. The Holy Communion. That bread and wine. In remembrance of Christ. But be weary, we were not instructed to indulge in taking it alone and in an unworthy manner (1 Cor 11:21)
