1st rule: if you have no work, go and find work to do
2nd rule: while doing work, do it to the best of ability that you can
3rd rule: when you have finished your work, do not be contented with it. Instead think and find out how you can improve while finding flaws/problems/ect. and correcting them so that your work may be perfect.
